It’s been 4 years since the American Songstress made her debut, and now she’s back with this electrifying new album, Master of My Make-Believe.


Santigold has dropped her new album Master of My Make-Believe 4 years after her debut. The American songwriter, producer and singer has once again teamed up with Diplo and Switch to produce the album which comes in at just under 38 minutes. Though shorter than average, this album is filled from start to finish with heavy Hip-Hop and Afro-Caribbean rhythms that are bound to get you on your feet.

In a constant upbeat tone, Santigold preaches in Disparate Youth “Don’t look ahead there’s stormy weather, another road block in our way/ But if we go, we go together,” The album, focusing on celebrity and stardom as its central theme is an uplifting and posititve message that “You can make it alone. . . if you try.” as the artist says in God From The Machine.
